Q: Will I still see my same provider?
A: Yes, all of your current providers remain the same and are staying right here. Same people, same care, same commitment.
Q: Do I need to transfer my records or establish care again?
A: No, your medical records are secure and remain with our practice. You don’t need to do anything unless you’d like your records transferred to another provider.
