Biography

Samantha Massoth, M.S.M, PA-C specializes in spine and orthopedics. She is originally from Batesville, Mississippi and graduated from Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science. She then obtained a master’s degree from Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi with a Master of Science in Medicine in Physician Assistant Studies. She received training in a variety of clinical areas, including orthopedic surgery and Sports Medicine. Samantha is a professional member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

During undergrad she played collegiate fastpitch softball all four years at Belhaven. She also was a physical therapy technician at Jackson Pain Physical Therapy and volunteered with the athletic training department at Belhaven before attending PA school. Samantha works in sports medicine, spine, and orthopedics here at, Carolinas Center for Surgery.

She enjoys being able to spend quality time and building relationships with her patients and always wants her patients to feel that their time is valued. She loves to relax outdoors with her dog and to explore around the area whenever possible.
