Bryn Eyerman is a board-certified physician assistant who specializes in general surgery. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, where she double majored in Kinesiology and Biology. She then carried on her family’s legacy of attending East Carolina University, graduating with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants.
During school, Bryn discovered her passion for all aspects of surgery. She enjoys assisting in the operating room, educating patients to ensure comfort and understanding regarding their diagnosis and treatment plan, and managing post-operative care. She is particularly interested in breast cancer surgery, thyroid surgery, and abdominal surgery.
Having grown up spending a lot of time on the Chesapeake Bay in Virginia, Bryn has always loved everything about the coastal environment. She enjoys spending time outside gardening, reading, hiking, fishing, paddle boarding, and boating. She especially loves to bring her dog, Sugar, along on her adventures. She also loves to cook and is constantly in search of fun, new recipes. Bryn is thrilled to be living at the beach full-time and is excited to serve Carteret county and surrounding areas with exceptional surgical care.
